Devin embarked on her career journey with Cinnamon Shore in Dec. 2024, and she currently serves as the Admin for Cinnamon Shore Realty. Devin was selected as the Ambassador of the Month for September due to her exceptional dedication and outstanding performance. She consistently goes above and beyond in supporting her team, engaging with the community, and promoting key initiatives. Devin's positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong leadership skills made her a standout choice. Her contributions not only helped achieve significant goals but also inspired others, earning her the well-deserved recognition.

...I have too many great things to say about Devin to share them all in this box, but Devin truly is an incredible coworker. She is dedicated, positive, trustworthy, and a go-getter. No matter the task, Devin always shows up with a smile and a simple "how can I help." ...Devin is an essential part of our Realty team.  She wears many different hats and is always willing to help out with any project.  She's a conscientious worker--even though she lives in Aransas Pass she's never late to work, leaving her house early to ensure that a slow or delayed ferry doesn't impact her ability to arrive on time.  She is always willing to help out any part of our team--she offers regularly to come in on the weekend if one of the agents needs back up and she does it all with a happy heart.  Speaking to her nomination on the side of hospitality, Devin regularly welcomes people walking into the realty office who are lost or have questions unrelated to Realty and will go out of her way to assist them.  I'm thankful to have Devin in our office, she makes Cinnamon Shore a better place to work!
